Hi, I’m Lina, a trauma-informed space holder, yoga teacher, and the heart behind The Temple of Us.

For over two decades, I’ve explored practices of presence, embodiment, and nervous system regulation. My work weaves together somatics, kundalini-informed practices, breathwork, and meditation to support deep stress relief and body restoration.

🌿 The Temple of Us is a space to slow down, regulate, and return to clarity and connection with self, others, and life.

This is not a school or a self-improvement program. It’s a practice of coming back to yourself.
